In light of the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 and Prime Minster Johnson’s press conference, we wanted to update you about our situation and to reassure you that we are still very much open for business.

Supply chain

We have put in place a response plan that will allow us to trade as normal, whilst protecting our employees and clients. We have a robust supply chain and a large amount of raw material in stock to allow us to continue our flexible manufacturing process.
We ask our customers to look at their upcoming needs for the next 8 weeks and if possible place orders as soon as reasonable to allow extra time to manufacture goods in case we have staff in self-isolation at any time.

Employee Safety

We have put in place a number of measures to ensure we protect the health and wellbeing of staff and their relatives, which include:
– Ensuring we have the resources to work from home where needed.

– Restricting client visits. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit any clients in person but we have put in place a conference call facility for any urgent needs.

– Self-isolation for any staff member who shows signs or has family members that show signs of COVID-19.

We have seen no change as yet in the logistics element of the supply chain, this however could change as the situation develops. We will update information and continue to follow the government’s guidelines in place at any time. As a business that trades internationally, it is likely that we will have different scenarios on a country by country basis and we ask for your help and understanding on this, as we do all we can to ensure customers receive their goods on time as usual.
Please do not hesitate to get in contact if we can assist in anyway or you would like further re assurance.
